Stretch, Breath, & Relax:
A class completely focused
on relieving our stresses. This class focuses on of course stretching the body, learning different breath techniques, as well
as learning & enjoying meditation, guided imagery, & Yoga Nidra (the sleepless sleep). This class is suitable for
all levels of students as well as Pre & Post Natal woman.
Yoga Basics:
This is a wonderful
class for beginners & others just coming back to yoga from a brief hiatus. This class will focus on basic, and commonly
used postures. As well as focus on alignment.
Gentle:
This class will
be focusing on the self and coming to a true & complete understand of the body in a relaxed state. Suitable for beginners,
intermediate, and advanced students. This class will help to balance the body from the stress & speed of our everyday
lives.Also appropriate for Pre-or Post Natal women.
Flow:
This class is an appropriate
class for All Level Students who have taken at least a few classes. This class is a Vinyasa based class so that students can
become more connected to the body & breaths movement together.
All Levels
& Happy Hour:
These classes are good for anyone that has attended prior classes and are looking for
a little bit more to add to their practice. Both classes will have modifications given to postures so that the class
is appropriate for all levels.
Intermediate:
A class which is more appropriate for students
who have yoga experience and would like a more intense practice. Classes will be focusing on more in depth postures.
